Since our inception, we’ve put the strongest emphasis on the culture at Pontis and the satisfaction of our employees. Today, we can say we see the fruit of our labour. Awards are just cherries on top of the cake, but as proof of our good work, in 2023 we were awarded the best new Company in Croatia according to an independent survey by the biggest job portal in Croatia – Moj Posao.
This means a lot to us, because this is an award for employers, by employees, and not by a random committee. To brag a little bit more, we were also named 3rd best small company in all of Croatia.
