QA engineer by day, a firefighter by night. Also an animal rescuer. Try beating that.
1. Can you describe your career path?
I started as working as a student at a small company in Osijek as a frontend developer. During my studies, I had to give up my job, and after finishing my studies, I got a QA job in a company in Osijek where I gained a lot of knowledge in the QA field. After that, I got a job in a company in Zagreb where I started the entire QA process from scratch. And now, I am a QA Engineer at Pontis.

I haven’t been in the company for long, but for now I like my relationship with my, the communication and the opportunities the company provides.
3. What advice would you give to young people, striving to become QA experts?
Keep on learning, nothing is impossible. QA work is quite challenging and requires persistence, but don’t give up and keep going.
4. What is your favourite free time activity?
I like spending time with my family and friends. Also, I’m a secretary of the local fire brigade, and a children’s and youth leader, so I like to spend time with them, teach them firefighting and take them to different competitions. And not to forget, I like to rescue animals, I have 5 cats and a dog at home.
