Over the course of 6 weeks you will learn how to build full-stack web applications from scratch, how the frontend, backend and deployment all connect, and what it actually feels like to work on a real project in a development team.
Weeks 1 – 3
The first three weeks are intensive lectures and hands-on exercises, three lectures a week of around 3.5 school hours each. You go through three areas: frontend, backend and DevOps. The topics are mixed on purpose, so frontend, backend and DevOps alternate across the weeks and you switch context between technologies the same way you would in real work.
By the end of week three you’ll have a REST API with authentication deployed on AWS.
Weeks 1 to 3. The first three weeks cover the core technologies of modern web development through intensive lectures. Each participant goes through all three areas individually, and after every lecture works on a practical task that applies what was just learned right away. Lectures are scheduled as 3 lectures a week of around 3.5 school hours each.
The lectures are intertwined on purpose. Frontend, backend and DevOps alternate across the weeks, so participants don’t work on one area in isolation but constantly switch context between technologies, just like in real work.

The order in the third week is deliberate. The API has to be ready before the frontend consumes the endpoints, and DevOps deploys the finished product at the end.
Weeks 4 to 6. In the second half of the program participants pair up and work on a full-stack application from scratch. The project is defined with clear requirements, epics and user stories, just like a real production environment.
An application for creating, scheduling and solving quizzes and exams with three user roles (superadmin, professor, student) and a complete feature set.
Each pair gets its own GitHub repository with tasks, labels and sprints set up in advance, and organizes its own work across three weekly sprints.
On the technical level you will learn Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, TanStack Query, Node.js, Express, DynamoDB, JWT authentication, REST API design, Docker, CI/CD and AWS deployment (ECR, ECS, CodePipeline).
Just as important, you’ll learn how working on a project actually functions: how to break a big task into smaller pieces, how to use Git in a team (branching, pull requests, code review), how to track progress through tasks and sprints, and how to make technical decisions when there’s more than one possible approach.
The program is meant for students of technical faculties and anyone who has the basics of programming and wants to take a step toward professional development. We expect knowledge of JavaScript basics (ES6+), HTML/CSS and basic programming concepts. We’re not looking for expertise, but we are looking for a readiness for intensive work and a desire to learn.
