Since our inception, we’ve put the strongest emphasis on the culture at Pontis and the satisfaction of our employees. Today, we can say we see the fruit of our labour. Awards are just cherries on top of the cake, but as proof of our good work, in 2023 we were awarded the best new Company in Croatia according to an independent survey by the biggest job portal in Croatia – Moj Posao.

This means a lot to us, because this is an award for employers, by employees, and not by a random committee. To brag a little bit more, we were also named 3rd best small company in all of Croatia.

Onboarding Adventures

Our thorough onboarding process ensures a smooth transition into the company. You’ll engage with our People and Culture department, connect with your manager for insights, receive guidance from a designated buddy, and of course, interact with clients to understand their business requirements. If you’re not from Zagreb, we cover your travel expenses because we would like to meet you in person. The Culture

It’s on you to decide whether you like to work in the office, work remotely or hybrid, and we’ve got your back with flexible working hours. If you come to the office, we have free parking regardless of whether you come by car or bike. Expect a dress code that’s all about casual comfort, and yes, our kitchen is armed and ready to tackle your snack attacks. We love hanging out, so if you’re into terrace barbecues, board games or pub quizzes you’ll find something for yourself.
